Terms of Service

Last updated 29 July 2026

These terms govern your use of SystemOS. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. Who you are agreeing with

SystemOS (“the service”) is provided by Boardly Systems OÜ, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia, registry code 17561458 (“we”, “us”). “You” means the person or organisation using the service.

2. The service

SystemOS is a workspace for agencies and freelancers — intake forms, quotes, invoices, contracts, scheduling and finance in one place. We may add, change or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Your account

You must give accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the conduct of anyone you invite to your workspace. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

4. Plans, billing and trials

  • Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled.
  • The Studio plan starts with a 7-day free trial; Solo is billed from the start. Prices and plan details are shown at checkout and on our pricing page.
  • You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
  • Taxes may be added where applicable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights, using the service;
  • upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the service;
  • access another organisation’s data, or exceed the access you were granted;
  • resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

6. Your data

The content you create in SystemOS remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. You can export your entire workspace as JSON at any time. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties — Stripe for payments, Google for calendar scheduling, and others listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant provider’s terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

8. Intellectual property

The service, its software and its branding are owned by Boardly Systems OÜ. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership in it to you.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in the service is legal, tax or accounting advice — electronic signatures and finance features are tools, and you should confirm with your own advisor where it matters. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms. On termination your right to use the service ends; data handling after termination follows our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
