The document library and a finance view built on real numbers

Documents got the per-type library they were designed around, and the finance view moved from placeholder figures to the money actually moving through a workspace.

Per-type folders
Quotes, invoices, contracts and notes each get their own folder, tinted with your company brand colour, with the open type carrying it.
Finance view
Received, outstanding and costs as weekly stacked bars, with allocation across your top clients and margin per client underneath.
One visual language
Colour, corner radius and type size now come from fixed scales, so spacing, states and hover behaviour match on every screen instead of drifting per page.

Scheduling hardened, and the dashboard earns its space

Booking pages are public by definition, which makes them the surface most worth attacking. They were tightened, and the dashboard dropped the panels that only ever showed zeroes.

Booking pages
Slugs are no longer enumerable and every public booking route is rate limited per IP and per target, so a page cannot be scraped or spam-booked.
Agenda calendar
Seven day cards with the same hover behaviour across week and month views, and tasks on a card of their own.
One pricing source
The pricing section funnels straight to checkout, so a price can only ever be wrong in one place.
Contacts in the wizard
The contact book quick-selects inside the quote and invoice wizard, so an address is never retyped onto a document.

Ask OS, the form builder, and the first complete cycle

The stretch that closed the loop: by the end of it a project could go from an intake link to a paid invoice without leaving the workspace, and without anyone retyping a line.

Ask OS
Drafts a quote from your catalog, builds a form from a brief and reads a receipt off a PDF. It asks for a missing detail instead of dead-ending, and it always shows you the result before anything is saved.
Receipt import
Phone photos and multiple files at once. A PDF it cannot read is still filed with the original attached and flagged, rather than rejected.
Form builder
Sections, drag-to-reorder questions, and a preview that renders the real runner inline rather than an approximation of it.
Quote to invoice
An accepted quote converts in one click with the same line items and totals. Issued invoices lock, and corrections go out as corrective invoices that net against the original.

SystemOS is in private beta. If you run an agency and want to try it on real work, ask for access.
