The built-in assistant. Describe it; it drafts it, you confirm.
Ask OS sits bottom-right (or ⌘S) and turns plain language into records: contacts, expenses, notes, quotes, invoices, contracts, forms and booking links. German or English.
- Nothing writes without you: every request becomes an editable card you confirm first.
- Upload receipts as PDF or phone photo, several at once, and confirm the extracted vendor, amount and date.
- “Create a form about X with 10 questions” drafts the actual questions, not an empty shell.
- Quotes run as a short guided interview, then draft line items priced from your catalog.
- If a detail is missing, it asks, instead of guessing or giving up.
Prices are never invented. Quote drafts price only from your catalog; anything uncovered comes back unpriced for you to fill in.
Usage has monthly limits per member, adjustable by the owner in Settings → AI, with a live usage meter.
