Ask OS

Ask OS sits bottom-right (or ⌘S) and turns plain language into records: contacts, expenses, notes, quotes, invoices, contracts, forms and booking links. German or English.

• Nothing writes without you: every request becomes an editable card you confirm first.
• Upload receipts as PDF or phone photo, several at once, and confirm the extracted vendor, amount and date.
• Attach meeting notes, a briefing or a transcript (.md, .txt, .csv) and it reads them. Filed as a note, the headings, bullets and checkboxes stay intact, and the checkboxes become real shared todos.
• It knows which page you are on, so “a note about this” on a document means that document. The path is shown above the field, so you always see what travels with your request.
• “Create a form about X with 10 questions” drafts the actual questions, not an empty shell.
• Quotes run as a short guided interview, then draft line items priced from your catalog.
• If a detail is missing, it asks, instead of guessing or giving up.

Usage has monthly limits per member, adjustable by the owner in Settings → AI, with a live usage meter.
