Settings & team

• Company: name, address, VAT, bank details, logo, brand color and document numbering. Every document pulls from here.
• Catalog: your priced services; the source for quote drafting and the in-editor picker.
• Team: invite by link, roles (owner/member), optional time-limited access.
• Integrations: Google Calendar, Slack notifications, webhooks, cal.com, and a custom sending domain for client emails.
• Billing: your plan and invoices (owners only).

Your data

• Export: download the whole workspace as one JSON file: contacts, documents, forms with responses, finances, bookings, notes. No credentials ever leave.
• Danger zone: deleting the workspace removes everything permanently, guarded by typing the workspace name.

Notifications

Settings → Notifications decides, per event, what a lead or client doing something should trigger for you: form started or completed, a call booked, a document viewed, signed, or paid.

• Push pops a live toast and shows in the bell; Silent is bell-only; Off hides the event entirely.
• Email sends one short message per event to your address, per teammate, so everyone tunes their own noise level.
• Slack and the generic webhook (under Integrations) fire independently of these personal settings.

Security

• Two-factor login (TOTP): scan a QR code with any authenticator app, confirm once, done. You get eight backup codes for when the phone is gone, each works once.
• With 2FA on, changing your password also asks for a fresh code, so a leaked password alone can't lock you out of your own account.
• Sessions you can revoke; changing the password signs out everywhere else.
• Calendar tokens are encrypted at rest; share links are unguessable and can be password-gated.
