Notes & todos

Notes are block-based pages the whole workspace shares. Type “/” for blocks, headings, bullets, quotes, images, dividers, and “[] ” starts a todo.

• Todos carry assignees and an optional due date; check them off from the note, the folder card, or the dashboard.
• Mention teammates with “@” anywhere, they get a personal notification, and the tag shows on the block.
• Your open todos gather on the dashboard under My tasks, dated ones first.
• Live presence: you see who's in the note and where they're typing.
