Money in

Invoices report in: revenue this month, received and outstanding over your chosen range, and which invoices still owe you money.

Money out

• Receipts are expenses or incoming invoices, the latter carry open/paid status and a due date, so a To-pay view shows what's next.
• Upload the file (PDF or photo) and AI extracts vendor, amount and date for you to confirm.
• Recurring costs track subscriptions and retainers: interval, next due date, alerts, price history. Marking one paid files the matching receipt automatically.

Hand-off to your accountant

The DATEV export produces an EXTF file from your invoices and receipts, configured once in Settings with your Berater/Mandant numbers.
